What hours are is CLAD Training available for support?
9:00 AM to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, Pacific Standard Time.
Are you affiliated with CLAD Genius software company?
No we are just power users whom have been using the software for since it's public introduction and now are offering our services to others that are in need of help.
Can I watch the training videos an unlimited amount times?
Yes of course, there is no limitation. You can view the videos as often as needed to become a true CLAD Genius software power user.
Do you update your videos on a regular basis?
We will provide updates on our videos anytime there is a major change in the CLAD software, which requires a new video to be made. Currently each month new videos are produced for you to stay ahead on your posting.
How much should I budget for Craigslist posting on a monthly basis?
If you are posting roughly 3000 ads locally per month you should allocate around $150 as your budget. If you are posting posting roughly 3,000 nationwide per month per month you should allocate around $750 as your budget.
What cost are involved with using CLAD Genius software?
You need to figure in the cost of the CLAD Genius software, Forwarded Phone Lines, Captcha Entry Service, and IP Solution. This can be anywhere from $200-$1,000/month depending on your posting volume. This market is not cheap but the rewards can well exceed your start up and monthly costs.
I need more help, can I purchase more CLAD training time?
Yes if you have already purchased our Essential or Ultimate training packages you can purchase more training time inside the members area of Clad Training.
If you have purchased our Self Serve video package you need to first purchase our Essential or Ultimate training package.
Where do I schedule my training time?
Inside the CLAD Training members you will be able to notify us of your available schedule to receive your training for the CLAD Genius software.
What guarantees does you CLAD Training offer?
We guarantee you that you will receive the support that you have paid for. We will teach you how to properly use the CLAD Genius application and stay current with all their latest software updates and changes.
Can you do all the work for me so I can press Start and post?
Sorry you are looking for a posting company to do your marketing campaign for you, this is not what we are here for. We will teach you how to properly use CLAD Genius however the rest is up to you to do the actual work involved with setting up accounts, phone numbers, posting, etc.

What is your company refund policy?
No refunds are available once your login information has been sent via email.
How do I cancel my CLAD Training subscription?
To cancel your CLAD Tranining subscription in your web browser go to www.plimus.com. They will ask you to provide your Order Reference # and the Email account you made payment for your subscription. Or you can call them Plimus @ 1-866-312-7733.
Do you guarantee my ads will go live?
No we cannot guarantee that your ads will go live. You must question any indivudal or company that answers yes to that question. With there being so many variables that go into ads being ghosted, we will show you what steps you need to take to help minimize your problems. Though we can not guarantee that your ads will go live.
My ads are ghosting, can I get refund?
No, we do not offer any refunds. The rules of the posting game changes on a daily basis and it depends on what and you are trying to post and where you want to post it. We do our best to help you within the scope of our training package available, but as mentioned above we do not provide a guarantee that your ads will go live. If your ads do ghost we have still provided the agreed services unable to provide you with a refund.
What type of support do I receive with the Self Serve package?
With our Self Serve package you receive access to our videos and resource section you may receive support via our ticket system. If you are interested in priority, team viewer and skype support you can upgrade your plan please click here.
How do I download and install Team Viewer?
Proceed to the Team Viewer website at www.teamviewer.com. Click the Start Full Version button. Once the download is open the application and begin the installation. Once it is complete contact our support staff and provide us with your Team Viewer ID and Password.
